Welcome to Kid Fitness! We have created a fun and energetic program for children where they enter an environment of health and movement that encourages confidence and well-being! Enjoy Yoga for flexibility and focus! Taking part in various aerobic activities like walks, run, and races for healthy hearts and minds! Fun activities with nutrition awareness to fuel little bodies as they grow and learn! Taking these newly learned skills allows children to create healthy habits as they grow and condition their bodies and minds. The benefits of fitness and nutrition include healthy bodies that help fight off pesky germs. Kid Fitness is a program where all children can get healthy while having fun!
